Cette fois-ci cela devient vraiment urgent. N’y a t-il vraiment rien à louer sur Neuchâtel?

Nous recherchons de suite ou à convenir un local, entrepôt, atelier, stock, loft ou quoi que ce soit à louer dans le bas du canton de Neuchâtel. Récompense en habits heidi.com pour celle ou celui qui nous dégotte un plan qui se concrétise.

Nos besoins:

Minimum 250m2 pas de maximum

Chauffé

Etanche

Electricité

Etat: indifférent on veut bien faire qq travaux

Les plus seraient:

1 loyer raisonnable (budget de 25′000.- à 30′000.- par année) raisonnable pour Neuch si si!

1 fenêtre
